Favorites are a great way to keep track of the profiles you are most interested in and can be utilized in a couple of ways. While browsing different sections of the website, the profiles you have favorited for that platform are displayed in the sidebar. Here you can quickly see the performance of these profiles for the current day, or click on any of them to view the full breakdown. Additionally, your homepage view on the website is now your personal dashboard where all your favorites will be listed allowing you to compare their performance over the past month. Add a new profile to your favorites by visiting their statistics page and then clicking on the favorite button located on the top right of their page. Alternatively you can remove a favorite by clicking unfavorite in the same location.
Top lists allow you to see who the top performing profiles are in any given category. See the most subscribed channels globally or dive in by country, category, or both! Looking for more of a performance based metric instead try ordering by SB Rank? Top lists are useful for creators to know who are the leaders in their space as well as brands to know who are some of the most influential creators to work with.
Report cards can be used for many different things. At the end of the day they’re just like the ones you received in school, but based on your channel rather than your academics. They’re downloadable as a PDF and can be given to brands you want to work with to show off your channel or even printed out and hung on your wall monthly to show your progress. If you run an agency you might want to send them to your clients each month or use them during performance reviews for your team. Note: This feature is for YouTube only currently.
Historical data is available in two formats: tabular and graphical. Without a subscription, you can access up to the last 14 days of tabular data, as well as weekly data for up to a year and monthly data for the full history that we captured in graphical form. With a subscription, you can unlock up to 3+ years of tabular data and gain access to daily-level graphical charts. Please note, data is only available from the day a profile is first added to our system. For example, a profile created five years ago but added last week will only have one week’s worth of data. Additionally, YouTube limits the amount of historical data to a maximum of three years. Other platforms don't have this restriction.
Think of top lists, but with much more granular filtering, and not just top users either. Custom reports let you pick from many different filters to create a report of users matching your criteria. These lists are exportable to excel for even further filtering. Custom reports are accessible by anyone but most often used by brands or companies looking for creators to work with that fit their niche.
Credits can be purchased separately via the Business API section, but if you need only a small number of credits each month this is another way to go about that in addition to all of the other features of your plan. These credits are spent first each month before any individually purchased credits, and do not roll over.
