This tool is only for FULL YouTube Partners. If you aren't a full partner (or a partner at all) don't bother running it as it will not give you useful results. What it does is pulls down a list of all your videos and then checks to make sure you have all the ad options turned on. The reason for this tool is that YouTube likes to disable prerolls after they 'approve' a video even after you've turned them on yourself. So if you intended to have prerolls enabled you may be supprised how many of your old videos don't have them enabled anymore. This tool will not change your video settings, only display the information on each video so you can decide how you wish to proceed.
