The biggest change to Digg.com is yet to come, we have been fore warned by Kevin Rose himself. Apparently the change will be so shocking that once launched, Diggers will be saying “wow, this is not the same site.”

With geotagging and the new roll out of Local trends twitter wants to know where you are.
