Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has joined Team Astana for his comeback season in 2009.Armstrong and Team Astana revealed initial plans for Armstrongs return to competitive cycling on Wednesday. He will start with the Tour Down Under in Australia, beginning January 18.
